Kaavya Raveendran · Founder

Hi, I'm Kaavya Raveendran, a trained coach and counsellor practising in the Netherlands.

I moved to the Netherlands in 2017 to pursue my Master's in Life Sciences. After graduating, I built my career here and spent several years working in the corporate world.

Over time, I found myself increasingly drawn towards work that centred on something I had always been deeply curious about: people, their stories, the way we make sense of our experiences, and what helps us move forward.

What started as a personal interest gradually became a deliberate career transition. I trained professionally in coaching and counselling through the Academy of Coaching and Counselling, while continuing to develop my understanding and skills in this field.

Today, I bring together my professional training, my experience of building a life and career abroad, and my own curiosity about people into the work I do with my clients.

A space to pause, reflect and move forward

I am particularly passionate about making conversations around emotional wellbeing and asking for support feel more normal.

As an Indian who has built a life in the Netherlands, I understand that living abroad can bring a unique set of experiences. There is the excitement of creating a life in a new country, but also the quieter challenges that can come with it — navigating identity, confidence, relationships, belonging, expectations and the question of what you actually want for yourself.

Sometimes, from the outside, everything can look completely fine. Yet internally, you might feel stuck, disconnected, overwhelmed, uncertain about your next step, or simply aware that something needs to change.

These are the kinds of spaces I love working with.

My work is primarily centred around clarity, confidence, mindset, identity, relationships, life transitions and wellbeing. I offer a space where you can step away from the noise of everyday life, slow things down, and explore what is really going on beneath the surface.

I won't tell you what you should do or give you a ready-made solution. Instead, I will help you ask better questions, recognise patterns, look at situations from new perspectives, and reconnect with your own ability to make decisions that feel right for you.

Beyond coaching

Outside of my work as a coach and counselor, I am a classically trained Indian dancer. Dance has been part of my life since childhood and continues to shape the way I think about discipline, expression, identity and connection.

Perhaps that is also why I am so interested in the many different parts of who we are — and in what happens when the life we're living starts to feel different from the person we're becoming.

I don't believe we always need to fix ourselves. Sometimes, we need a little space to understand ourselves better.

How I Hold the Space

01

Safety & Trust

A space where you can slow down, speak openly, and explore what’s really going on.

02

Empathy & Understanding

I'll seek to understand your experience from your perspective, with curiosity and care.

03

Acceptance without judgement

You don't need to edit, justify, or have everything figured out. There is room for the messy, uncertain, or difficult to say out loud.

04

Authenticity & Presence

I believe meaningful work comes from being real and present. I’ll bring honesty, warmth, and genuine curiosity to our conversations.
